They set out from Peloch on the 4th of Whisperbreeze.

  • The party sets out aboard the BrAss Bandit.
  • A few days in, the party finds a mud-brick dome, exposed in the sand.
    • Two leopard-sphynx statues guard the door.  \
    • The door has an engraving of a leopard-sphynx goddess
    • Fihr attempts to climb the side, awakening the statues
      • One of Nebet's spells goes awry, and Patxi gets booped back to their mother's house. 
        • Apparently, their name is Patxellicus
        • Patxi has a younger brother
    • The party flees and set up a wind wall.  As they do so, the guardians return to their place as the door opens.  
      • Patxi goes through the door and meets a leopard-sphynx.
        • "Toteotl has fallen, the rivers have dried, and the calamities have occurred."
        • The leopard-sphynx departs.
        • Patxi leaves a friendship bracelet for the departed sphinx
  • A few days later, the party runs over two gnolls and a hezrou who are attempting to sabotage one of the rail lines.



  • As the party approach the floating table, they see a robed figure and two strange followers.
  • Two figures bar us from entering the table at the risk of pain and death
    • "Turn back now, abandon your quest, and let the prison stay sealed."
    • "Down this path lies the potential for cataclysm the likes of which your small frame cannot comprehend."
  • The party refuses, and five insectoid monsters, like multicolored mantises, appear and attack the party as the figure and her followers disappear to another plane.
    • One of the beings steps into the Astral Plane, and Nebet recognizes a corpse island with a citadel on it.
    • One being shreds Fihr's armor, then steps through a portal
    • Patxi strikes one and then fences with another.
    • All the creatures eventually flee, but it seems like they got something immaterial they wanted before doing so.

 

  • Nebet flies over the sands to The Floating Table.  The rest of the party soon follows.
  • The party knocks on the great sealed door to the Table, and it opens where they meet Anzia Hanalal(Hanna)
    • Hanna refers to Azeraphaele as Iblis.
  • Hanna gives the party the items Azeeraphaele needs.  A horse-devil witnesses the contract.
  • Hanna tells the party that their friend is under attack. She shows the party an image of the BrAss Bandit being attacked.  
  • Hanna conjures a gate and allows the party to step through and back to the ship.
  • They find the half-blue dragon, Huenai Bazida, has taken the ship with a pair of blue guard drakes.

 

  • Huenai reveals that they took Net's ring that Haprah helped get for his engagement.
    • Huenai tells Haprap that she will see her friends in the afterlife.
  • Patxi and Fihr duel Huenai.  
    • Haprah attempts to fire at Huenai, but the half-dragon deflects her bullets.
    • Patxi cuts off Huenai's arm.
    • Huenai steals Patxi's macahuital and teleports away.
  • Mazrat reveals that the BrAss Bandit is damaged, and there are a few different ways to get back to Peloch.  
    • The party decides to get a teleportation crystal from a friend of Mazrat's.
    • In the morning, the party uses a device to teleport to a beholder's lair and help it give birth.
    • The beholder asks for something it doesn't know from each of the party while Mazrat gets the teleportation crystal.
    • The party uses the crystal to arrive a day out from Peloch.

The party arrives back at Peloch on the 14th of Whisperbreeze.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Fihr stakes out Idlehall, the home of the tax collector
  • Haprah and Patxi go directly to the Bloodsteel Guild.  They then go to The House of Focus and learn Net and Kiriah have been kidnapped.
  • Azeraphaele sees that Nebet and Aneksi are the only ones there, and immediately panics, thinking that the others are dead.
  • Haprah makes a deal with Azeraphaele to ensure she can rescue Net and Kiriah.
  • Patxi waits for Fihr to arrive in the morning, but Fihr doesn't show up.
  • A messenger arrives with a note to meet in High Garden to ransom Fihr
  • Aneksi puts a down payment on an amulet and is arrested by the guard on the word of the tax collector.

  • Aneksi is broken out of prison by a member of The Birds of Prey called Dashing Savior (Dash).
  • The party and Dash go to rescue Fihr.

  • The party enter the Tomb, and find Fihr trussed up behind Huenai and several cultist from the Bloodsteel Brotherhood.
  • The party charges forward as Haprah shouts "No Quarter".
  • Dash cuts Fhir free and hands him a khopesh made of a light special metal.
  • Huenai starts to blink in and out of sight
  • Patxi grabs a cultist stalker and hurls her over the altar.
  • The ascended cultists fall on Nebet and Aneksi.  They drag Nebet towards one of their leaders, and Haprah rushes to intervene.
  • Huenai appears and puts his hand through Aneksi.  As she dies, she appears in the Grey Waste, and Azeraphaele promises peace and protection for her friends.
  • Back on the material, the ascended cultists burst into flames, and the party feels healed.
  • The cultist leader turns into an arrow of blood and appears near Huenai
  • Patxi throws the stalker at the cultist leader and grabs Huenai.
  • Haprah charges Huenai with a leonine roar and tears into Huenai.
  • Huenai vanishes, and Patxi draws a harpoon and sharpens it.
  • Patxi spikes Huenai with the harpoon, and Huenai breathes lightning and attempts to run.
  • The cultist leader dies, and the stalker attempts to run to kill Net and Kiriah.  Haprah gives chase, and Nebet slays the stalker with an eldritch blast just before she can escape the Tomb.
  • Huenai attempts to run, and Patxi keeps fishing.  Eventually, Huenai escapes after killing Nebet and incapacitating Patxi and Haprah.
  • Azeraphaele resurrects Nebet and brings a Rallendallian healer to help the party.
  • Haprah gathers the group together to discuss what will happen next.  Nebet sets up a tiny hut to prevent scrying.
  • Fihr says a prayer to Dumathoin, and Azeraphaele joins in.
  • Azeraphaele offers to hold a funeral for Aneksi, and takes her ashes.
  • Fihr scoops out a rather ornate ring from a damaged tomb.

  • The party makes plans beneath the dome, and come out to find Illialis and Sah discussing Rallendallian wine.
  • The party rests beneath Sah's spell.
  • Illiallis leads the party to the catacombs and a sewer entrance that looks like it's inaccessible, but isn't.
  • Illiallis asks to borrow Fihr's shadow, summons her armor, and steps into his shadow.
  • Two cultists toss bodies into a reservoir and guard a shack-entrance.
  • Fihr sends an arrow wide from the first cultist, and Illialis steps from his shadow and pushes a cultist down the reservoir.
  • Illiallis pushes the other cultist into the reservoir.
  • The next room has two cultists in a dining hall.
  • Fihr knocks the first cultist prone, and they are finished off by Illialis before they can stand up.  Nebet pulls the other cultist onto a counter, and Fihr and Patxi strike him down.  Nebet finishes him off with a dagger through the eye.
  • The party slips into the cultist's dormitory and kill two cultists before they can react.
  • The party finds a sacrifice room, where a bloodspeaker is sacrificing people.
  • One cultist attempts to flee with the urn, while the other jumps into the blood fountain.
  • Patxi grabs the cultist who tries to flee with the urn and smashes the urn with him.
  • Sah melts a cultist's head off.
  • Nebet holds the bloodspeaker and the visible cultist while the rest of the party cuts the bloodspeaker into pieces.
  • Patxi harpoons the cultist in the fountain.  Haprah asks them questions about Net and Hiriah's location, and then slits their throat.
  • Fihr doesn't find secret tunnels in the blood fountain.
  • The party rescues Net and Hiriah, and they hide in the shanties at the entrance.
  • The party goes to face Huenai Bazida, and find him destroying a magic circle with Patxi's Machahuitl.
  • Haprah fires two shots, and one of them goes through Huenai Bazida's skull.  His body suddenly is covered in runes and vanishes.
  • A rip forms in reality, and a creature from the Far Realms steps forth.
