THE PERIOD OF CREATION

I: The birth of Bahamut

There was once nothing. Nothing but darkness. Then, a blue flame ignited. And from that flame, a Dragon was born. This dragon's name was Bahamut. Bahamut is the all-father. The creator of our realm and many others like it.

II: The creation of the Planes of Existence

The Blue flame that birthed Bahamut also created the Planes of Existence upon which Bahamut rules over.

The elemental planes of Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind were combined by Bahamut to create the Shadowfell, and the Feywild. These were pushed together to create the Material plane upon which Gundar rests.

III: The Creation of the realm

Bahamut created the realm over a one year period. He started by planting a seed, thus naming the first month The Seed. During the second month, Bahamut used his holy flame to grow the seed into a Great Tree, Thus calling the second month The Flame. During the third month, Bahamut gathered the Tree's fruits, thus calling the third month, The Gather. During the fourth month, Bahamut experimented by bringing coldness upon the tree to see what would happen, the moist on the tree began to freeze, thus calling the fourth, and final month The Ice. By the second year, the Tree's roots had grown so large that Bahamut had to creat an entire realm to hold it up, thus he created the realm of Gundar.

IV: Creation of Svanttaoul

Bahamut was without a home, so he created Svanttaoul, City of the Gods. He created it above the clouds, so high that you needed to be a god to reach it.

Svanttaoul is not only the city of the gods, but it is also the home to the good dead. All with good souls are permitted there after death. The evil dead will go to one of nine hells.

V: The creation of the Main Pantheon

One day, Bahamut looked down upon his realm and felt something inside of him. It felt like a sickness. Bahamut knew that he needed to do something about this sickness before it corrupted him. So he readied his magic, and began to create the first Goddess, Ne'aeron. Ne'aeron is the Goddess of love and beauty. Bahamut married her, and the sickness went away. Afterwards, he titled the sickness -- he called it Loneliness.

Bahamut and Ne'aeron had many children. Their first child was Tiamat, the five-headed Dragon goddess of evil. Their second child was Takkar, The Dragon god of war. Their third child was Karnath, The Dragon god of farmers and feasting. Their fourth child was Theron, the Dragon Goddess of water and the sea. Their fifth, and final child was Karnn, the Dragon God stone, builders, and craftsmen.

The rest of the pantheon was created by magic or other causes.

VI: Creation of the Magical Pantheon

One day, Tiamat decided to play a mean trick on Theron. While Theron was sleeping, Tiamat used dark magic to sicken her. The next morning, Theron had a terrible pain in her stomach, and while she was laying down, She gave birth to Si'anal, The Dragon goddess of storms.

Bahamut once instructed karnn to Play a song for him. Karnn could not hear music, nor could he create it. But he did know how to carve statues, and he knew magic. So, he carved a statue of a Dragon goddess, and magically influenced it, to create Ae'fiil, the Dragon goddess of music, and artists

When Tiamat created the underdark, she felt theat it needed ta guardian, so she created Borrash, the Dragon god of the underdark.

One da, Ne'aeron was walking in the garden, and she felt that this beautiful place needed someone to watch over it, and nurture it, so she created Lithir, the Dragon goddess of animals, and nature.

Takkar was practicing with his blade one day, and he hit the tree so hard that his blade shattered, and many pieces hit him, his mother, Ne'aeron, created Askeer, The Dragon god of health, and healing, to heal her child.

VII: The Creation of the Underdark

One of Tiamat's favorite things to do is to play tricks, and wreak havoc on her siblings. But she especially  enjoyed aggravating her father. So she decided tho create her own realm to rival her father's, but she did not have the magical capacity to create an entirely new realm. So, she decided to hide the new realm under her father's nose by creating it beneath his realm. Bit, by bit, she expanded her realm still hiding it from her father, until one day, when her father discovered her work. He placed the largest boulder in all of the realm overtop of the only entrance into Tiamat's realm. But still, Tiamat continued to grow her realm from the surface. And after a long time of hard work, her realm was finished. But she did not want her father to find out, so she created the God, Borrash, to guard over the underdark

THE AGE OF FIRE

I: Creation of the Dragon

After Bahamut created the gods, he felt that his realm needed inhabitants. so he created a species in his own image, Dragons.

The first mortal dragon that Bahamut sent forth into the realm's name was Gumbeirraim.

II: The Inhabitation of Gundar

Gumbeirraim was a gold dragon, and he was Chaotic Good. He flew the skies of Gundar, over, and over again. He loved the Realm, but eventually he grew lonely. Bahamut had felt what Gumbeirraim was feeling, and Bahamut knew the cure. So he created Mezelairth, the first mortal female dragon. Gumbeirraim new out of his sickness when he met Mezelairth, and together, they had many children, inhabiting Gundar.

III: The separation of the Dragons

After a long Time working, Tiamat gained many followers, and convinced them that she was far more powerful than her father. This sparked a war that would end in the separation of the Dragons. The Dragons separated into two different clans, The North Dragons, or the Darastrix. And the South Dragons, or the Draushum.

The Draushum are the Dragons that followed Tiamat, and worship not as the goddess of evil, but as the Queen mother of the South Wind.

The Darastrix are the Dragons that followed Bahamut, and worship him as The Platinum Dragon, or the Lord of the North wind.

IV: The Forgotten Pantheon

Following the separation of the dragons, there rest of the Gods were forgotten. And they stayed that way for the majority of the Age of fire.

For eight hundred years the Dragon Gods (Save Bahamut, and Tiamat) Were forgotten. until the first Doraanar of Bahamut wrote the continuation of the gods.

V: The Continuation of the Gods

We are bringers of Ice and Fire, the twelve gods of old

Keepers of the darkness and the light, the twelve gods of old

Forgers of good, creators of evil, the twelve gods of old

Lords of the elements, kings of the bold, the twelve gods of old

ERA OF THE DARAHAR

I: Creation of the Darahar

When Takkar was in need of an army, he traveled down from Svanttaoul to Gundar in search of one. But he found that an army of Dragons was impractical, messy, hard to feed, and hard to command. So he went to his father in hopes that he would creat a  Species that was formidable to fill the bulk of his army. Bahamut admired the Idea, but found that all Takkar was saying is that he wishes his father would creat an entire species only to destroy it. So Bahamut refused the idea.

When Tiamat heard the idea, she saw it as a chance to improve her armies as well. So she proposed an idea to Takkar as to join together to convince their father to create the species. Takkar agreed, and together they attempted to convince Bahamut to create the new species.

After a long time of hard work, Bahamut finally agreed, and with that he created the Darahar.

II: Expansion of the Darahar

Eventually the Darahar had spread throughout the majority of Gundar. and their population had begun to overrun that of the Dragons.

They had begun to join the The Dragon clans of the North, and the South.

By now Bahamut had decided to do something about their rapidly increasing population. He tried to bring a terrible disaster to the realm. but Tiamat had stopped him, as she wanted to rise more followers with the Darahar. thus nothing was done about their growing population.

III: Creation of the Dragonblade

One day, Takkar was practicing swordplay against Borrash. Borrash's weapon of choice is a giant Warhammer, Takkar's weapon of choice is a short sword, and a shield. Borrash was swinging especially hard that day, and when his weapon struck Takkar's, the blade shattered, and the God of war had lost the fight.

Afterwards, Takkar asked Karnn if he might forge a new one for him. Karnn agreed, and when he next entered his Forge, he did not exit it for eight days. And when he did exit, he exited with a sword. it's golden guard in the shape of a dragon head, with the Adamantine blade exiting from the open mouth, and the grip bound in blood leather.

After it's forging, the Dragonblade was given to Bahamut to enchant. The blade erupted in Dragonfire whenever unsheathed.

It is the strongest blade in all the realm.

IV: Conversion of the Draushum

Upon the creation of the Darahar, the Draushum turned away Tiamat's rule, and returned to the rule of Bahamut.

V: The Holy War

Following the conversion of the Draushum, Tiamat raised an army in order to fight against her father. Bahamut grew an army as well, and Takkar led the Holy army of Bahamut to war against his sister.

The war raged on for years, and ended in a large battle known as the battle of the Myvish, when the armies of good and evil collided. Many Dragons, and Darahar were lost that day. But it was their sacrifice that put an end to the holy war between good, and evil, darkness, and light, Father, and daughter, God, and Goddess.

 VI: Resolution

The Realm is at peace, the war is over, end to the fire and pain. The Gods and the Goddesses rest in Svanttaoul, for their work is done. Bahamut has declared that he has finished The forging of Gundar, and it is time for it to begin building itself.

The Gods still have a will, and may punish the inhabitants of their realm. The creation is over. Or has it just begun?
